1. What's delivery time?
It usually takes 7-20 days. ( Sometimes parcels may be delayed at custom. Then it might be delayed till 30-40 days. But this doesn't happen often )
2. Where can I track it?
You can track it in your account. If you still don't know how. just email us.
3. Item has not arrived on expected delivery date.
Don't worry about shipping. Sometimes it's just delayed. If it's lost, we can arrange new shipping. And we promise you will not bear any lost if parcel is not delivered in the end.
4. When we will arrange shipping after placing order?
We usually arrange posting in 1 business day. (We don't work on weekends and holidays.)
5. Where is the item shipped from?
All your orders will be shipped from China.
6. What's the courier?
We usually ship by China Post. There will be tracking number uploaded. We may also choose express for large orders in few countries.
7. Free shipping for which countries.
If your total amount is more than $49.0 , shipping to the following countries will be free.
